We specialize in the Hawaiian form of massage Traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi from the line of Margaret Machado. In addition a highly advanced bodywork called Body Balancing for Scoliosis Therapy, cutting edge bodywork centered on bringing the body into proper alignment to release the nerves and bring homeostasis to the entire body. This advanced medical massage was received by divine inspiration by Margaret’s student Sarah Marguerite Pennington, a course in Body Balancing for Scoliosis Therapy was certified for NCBTMB credits in 2007.
Our spa service is unique in that we help postural issues and get to the root of many chronic pain problems and dysfunctions of the organs and systems of the body due to misalignments of the spine. Abnormal postures result in interference with proper nerve flow into certain regions of the body. The nerves send a message to the muscles to tighten when they are being impinged. The gentle release of the facial layer of the body and relaxation of the muscles help alien the posture taking pressure off the nerves and in turn releasing the muscles into a relaxed state way beyond the ending of the treatment. We also offer a unique twist on hot stone treatments that incorporates the use of hot sand the traditional Hawaiian way to melt away stress. This all in addition to the traditional spa pleasures of scrubs facials and other spa services your clients enjoy.
The service includes the training of the staff in all the massage and bodywork knowledge needed to make a professional therapist and exceptional therapist. Our treatment have been written up in magazines and enjoyed by many.
